Chicago Services
Children and families from across Chicagoland, representing 26 neighborhoods from Rogers Park to Riverdale, come to The Children's Place Association for hope at a brighter more secure future.
Our programs, designed to support the complete family unit, provide resources to families to help them overcome the physical, emotional, social and financial effects of HIV/AIDS. Donations as well as funding from government and private sources allow us to offer all services to our children and families free of charge.
Current programs offered in Chicago include:
- Early Learning Center
- 24-Hour Residential Center
- Family & Community Services includes mental-health counseling, supportive housing, support groups and case management*
- Foster Care & Adoption
*Case Management is defined by the Case Managers Society of America as a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation and advocacy for options and services to meet an individual's health needs through communication and available resources to promote quality cost-effective outcomes.
If you or someone you know are looking for assistance to help them cope with their HIV status please contact us at 773-395-9193.
