  The Arthur E. Jones Early Childhood Care & Learning Facility provides specialized daycare services for HIV/AIDS-affected preschool children ages six months to five years old.

The program is designed to manage the unique problems of HIV/AIDS-affected preschoolers, such as infections, undernourishment, developmental delays and psychological issues.

To address these issues, the program offers services including:

 
  Case management  
  Physical, occupational, language, and speech therapies
 
  On-site care by a Registered Nursing staff

The daycare program serves up to 65 children per day,
five days a week.
