More than 70 preschool-age children attend the Arthur E. Jones Early Childhood Education & Learning Center every weekday.  Many of these children are facing more than just the usual challenges of being very young - learning to read, learning the alphabet and more.  Many students at the Early Learning Center are also facing the effects of poverty and the many obstacles that come with having an HIV-positive parent.
