Traci Ouimette began her career at The Children's Place Association in July of 2004 after relocating from Phoenix , Arizona. In Phoenix Ms. Ouimette worked for Head Start for more than five years, and prior to that worked with Early Intervention/Home-Base services.

She holds a Master's degree in Special Education, with a concentration in birth to age five, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Early Childhood, both from Arizona State University, and an Early Intervention certificate from Illinois. .
