Ms. White joined The Children’s Place Association to carry out the goals of Quality Improvement throughout the organization. She has worked in the field of social services for twenty-one years. She received her Masters degree in Public Policy and Administration from the University of Chicago in 1993 and her social work license in 1994.

Ms. White became Vice President in a large social service agency at a very early age. She has managed multiple programs throughout the City of Chicago ranging from foster care to intact families, mental health, day treatment, counseling, health, independent living, quality improvement and transitional housing for the homeless.

Ms. White sits on a special task force within the Child Welfare League of America – a nationally recognized organization, which works to change national policy that impacts our children and their families. She has served on multiple task forces within the Department of Children and Family Services.
