	Bharati Pourana Director of Human Resources

	Ms. Pourana began her career at The Children's Place Association in July 2008. She has a Masters and a Bachelors degree in English and Psychology from overseas. Most of her professional experience comes from working in fortune 500 companies. Ms. Pourana heads up HR Advisory Committee and HR Newsletter for The Children's Place Association. She is an active member of HR Directors' Group for the Greater Chicago-land NPO. She also belongs to Society of Human Resources Management.
