SUMMARY

• The HR Director is responsible for providing vision, leadership, management and expertise to The Children’s Place Association for: Human Resource functions including leadership, recruitment/employment, employee relations, training and development, compensation/performance management, benefits and legal compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• B.A. Degree or Master’s, 5+ years of increasingly responsible HR experience in all functional areas.
  
• In depth knowledge of HR core-competencies, including applicable laws and requirements.  
  
• Proven success as a respected leader and a flexible team player.
